Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within New Zealand.

  • If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before purchasing.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Urban delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Rural delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

  • Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Once your order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with them.

  • If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
